Group Registration Information

Important note about registration fees and hotel reservations: All group hotel reservations for the Annual Meeting must be secured directly through the ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center. Until you secure your group hotel reservations for the Annual Meeting and make payment through the ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center, you will be charged the applicable registration fee plus an additional registration fee of $300 per person.

A unique email address is required for each delegate. All Annual Meeting products, including Certificates of Attendance, Attendee Resource Center (including Proceedings and Educational Book), Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credits for physicians, and 2017 ASCO Annual Videos and Slides are accessed using this email address.


There are 2 ways to register for the ASCO Annual Meeting depending on the size of your group.

  1. Online (any number of group delegates may be submitted): Group administrators must enter registrations online unless there are more than 50 delegates in the group. (View group registration FAQs). Please do not use the individual registration website for group registrants. Administrators must first set up a contact account with general group information. This password protected account allows the administrator to create and manage the delegate registrations online. Download instructions on registering group delegates online.
     
  2. Import (must submit 50 or more group delegates): If you meet the minimum number of delegates, you may submit your group registrations using the import spreadsheet. Administrators must first set up a contact account with general group information on the next page. Once the spreadsheet is imported, administrators should use the group registration website to make additional registrations, changes, or cancellations. Spreadsheet Submission Deadlines:

  • Early Registration Fees - 11:59 PM, EDT, Wednesday, April 26, 2017 *
  • Late Registration Fees - 11:59 PM, EDT, Friday, May 19, 2017 *

* The Import Spreadsheet may be submitted earlier than the dates posted above. Please allow up to 10 business days until you are able to access your group registrations online.


New registrations, changes and/or cancellations can be made online any time using the group registration website. To substitute one delegate for another, the group administrator must cancel the original registration and create a new registration using the new delegate's information.

Registration Change/Cancellation Policy

Processing fees will be charged to any registration that is entered or changed by the ASCO Annual Meeting Customer Service Center. These fees apply to fax, mail, email, onsite, and phone requests. Please use the group registration website to avoid additional fees. Online access will be terminated when badges are picked up or on Saturday, June 3, 2017. After the badges are picked up or Saturday, June 3, 2017, whichever is earlier, assistance will be available onsite subject to processing fees.
