ASCO Ancillary Event Request
ASCO leadership requires all organizations (commercial and non-profit) that wish to hold functions during any ASCO meeting or symposium
to complete an Ancillary Event Request. This applies to functions of any size or nature, and in any location. If you have any questions regarding your meeting request,
please email ascoeventrequest@spargoinc.com.
- Please submit one request per event. If your event requires more than one meeting room, you must submit a separate request for each room needed.
- ASCO will make every effort to notify each applicant of the status of their application via email within seven (7) business days of receiving the Ancillary Event Request.
- There will be a $250 non-refundable processing fee per event request submitted. The charges will appear on your credit card statement as SPARGO, Inc.
- The event organizer is responsible for all costs associated with the approved ancillary meeting (including but not limited to: room rental, food/beverage, audio/visual, internet fees, equipment, labor costs, etc.). It is the organizer's responsibility to work with the assigned hotel to make arrangements and finalize billing.

ASCO Blackout Time and Policy
Organizations may only hold ancillary events during ASCO approved ancillary times. ASCO strictly enforces the blackout times at the request of our members,
who are often torn between ASCO sessions and non-ASCO meetings and events. View the blackout dates and times.
